2020 BUCKLE SERIES

 

To be eligible for the 2020 WARHA Buckle Series you will need to be a WARHA Member and nominate for the classes you'd like to enter. Nominations will only be accepted until 30th June 2020.

 

Once you have nominated and paid your nomination fee you will accumulate points as per the calendar year at recognised reining clubs in Western Australia.

 

Points will be awarded as 1st - 3 points, 2nd - 2 points and 3rd - 1 point, regardless of number of entries. A zero score will not receive points.

Nominations are per 'horse and rider' combination.

All Conditions of Entry for nominated classes must be met for each show/club.

2020 PRIZES

 

End of Year Prizes will be awarded to high point 'horse and rider' combinations in 'Lead Line Reining', 'Beginner Reiner 13 and under', 'Beginner Reiner 14 to adult' and 'Intro Reining' with the same points system as above.

OPEN

Any rider that is a member of RA or NRHA riding an NRHA/RA registered horse.

 

ROOKIE PRO

Rookie Pro is open to any rider except those who hold a non pro, youth non pro, or youth card.  Rider has won less than $2000 LTE in all sanctioned reining events.

ROOKIE LEVEL 1 & 2

 

NON PRO

Any rider that is a member of RA or NRHA and holds a current non pro ticket, riding an NRHA/RA registered horse.

LIMITED NON PRO

 

PRIME TIME NON PRO

Any rider that is a member of RA or NRHA who holds a current non pro card and is 50yrs of age or older, riding an NRHA/RA registered horse.

 

YOUTH

Any rider 18yrs and under that is a member of RA or NRHA that has a youth card, riding an NRHA/RA registered horse.

 

NOVICE HORSE NON PRO LEVEL 1 & 2

NOVICE HORSE OPEN LEVEL 1 & 2

GREEN REINER Level 1 and Level 2

Green Reiner is a WARHA Club class. Current Green Rider Level 1's or 2's will start in the same level with the same points that they currently have with Reining Australia.

 

Level one class is open to any rider who has less than $100 in lifetime earnings, all categories, has less than 25 lifetime youth points and less than 50 Green Reiner points.

 

Level two is open to any rider who has less than $100 in lifetime earnings, all categories, and more than 50 points and less than 100 Green Reiner points. If you exceed your 100 points during the calendar year you may continue competing in L2 until the end of the year.

 

Green Reiner L1 and L2 will run concurrently. Must use patterns 1-11. Simple changes are allowed and the rider may use one or two hands, but must not change hands or switch from one to two hands.
